Vale Genta (@valegenta) is giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the (somewhat organized) chaos of planning a wedding when time is ticking and the to-do list keeps growing. In her latest TikTok update, Vale admits that although she’s already taken care of the major things — date, venue, wedding planner — she took a three-month break… and now the clock is really ticking.

“I feel like at first it’s all about the big decisions, and once you make them you think, ‘I’m done.’ But nope. That’s when the real show begins.”

Invites Ready, Guest List Locked (Sort Of)

Vale’s “save the dates” are officially done, and she’s very proud of how they turned out. According to her, the design perfectly captures the vibe of the wedding she’s planning. But the biggest milestone? Getting those done meant finalizing her guest list… though, naturally, she snuck in a few extra names “without anyone noticing” because, as she says, “I’m Latina — that explains everything.”

The Dress? Sorry, Still No News…

“Do I have a dress? No. Do I have outfits? Also no. But we’re working on it, OK?”

With zero stress or drama, Vale says she’s trusting the process and knows it’ll all come together. At least she’s already chosen her bridal party — not an easy task, considering both she and her fiancé Ben have big, diverse groups of friends.

“If it were up to me, I’d have like thirty bridesmaids.”

A Bachelorette at Home (But Make It Stylish)

Although she hesitated, Vale ultimately decided to have her bachelorette party in Miami. Sure, she lives there — but it’s also where all her friends are. For her, the most important thing is to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible.

“Where else would I go if not Miami?” she laughs.

She’s also already blocked out hotel rooms for guests and is about to launch the official wedding website. She wants everything to move fast — especially the RSVP count.

“I don’t want to be two weeks out still tallying up numbers with tequila bottles. I need the headcount now.”

A Drama-Free Wedding (So Far)

Vale wraps up her video with advice that every future bride should probably tattoo somewhere:

“Make it fun. It’s just phone calls, decisions, moments. It’s your wedding, but it’s not the end of the world. Everything’s going to work out the way it’s supposed to.”

So, no dress yet — but with a zen mindset and solid plans, Vale Genta keeps ticking things off the list as the countdown to the big day continues. We’ll be watching closely to see what comes next.
